Rui Bento
Rui is a Venture Partner at maze, where he’s channeling his passion for empowering founders tackling some of the world’s most pressing issues. He founded and was CEO at Kitch until its acquisition by a leading food delivery company. Before Kitch, Rui led Uber in Iberia and Uber Eats in Southern Europe. His career started in strategy consulting at McKinsey, followed by roles at companies like Microsoft and Apple in the US and UK. Rui holds an MSc in Computer Science from IST and an MBA from UC Berkeley. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his kids and training for his next marathon.
